Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026-06-03. These terms are intentionally detailed because PolyEdge Engine relates to prediction-market execution, automation, and trading infrastructure.

Important summary: PolyEdge Engine is software and technical know-how. It is not financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, a managed account, a broker service, a signal service, or a promise of profit. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions, wallet activity, legal compliance, and losses.

1. Parties and scope

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of PolyEdge Engine, including any website, source code package, configuration files, examples, documentation, onboarding calls, implementation support, email communication, and related materials.

“PolyEdge Engine,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of this website and the seller/provider of the software package. “You” refers to any visitor, buyer, user, client, recipient, or person evaluating the product.

2. Nature of the product

PolyEdge Engine is a technical execution and research system for use with prediction-market style markets. It may include market discovery, orderbook monitoring, configuration templates, dry-run logic, live execution structure, risk guardrails, logs, and run summaries.

The product is sold as infrastructure. It does not contain a guaranteed trading strategy and does not guarantee that any user will identify profitable trades.

3. No financial, investment, legal, or tax advice

No content on this website, in the software, in documentation, in calls, or in communications should be interpreted as financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, trade, hedge, or enter any market position.

You should consult your own qualified advisors before making decisions involving financial risk, legal obligations, taxes, business structure, regulatory status, or prediction-market participation.

4. No profit promises or performance guarantees

We do not promise, represent, or guarantee that you will make money, avoid losses, obtain positive expected value, improve trading performance, identify market inefficiencies, or achieve any specific result.

Any examples, logs, screenshots, terminal outputs, strategy descriptions, or historical references are illustrative only. Past outcomes, dry-run outputs, hypothetical results, or isolated live runs do not predict future results.

5. Risk of loss

Prediction markets and event markets involve substantial risk. You may lose some or all of the capital you deploy. Market prices can move quickly. Liquidity can disappear. Orders can fail, partially fill, fill at unfavorable prices, or execute unexpectedly. Wallet, RPC, API, exchange, blockchain, browser, custody, or network failures can cause loss.

You agree that you use the software at your own risk and that you are solely responsible for position sizing, risk limits, wallet funding, trade authorization, stop-loss configuration, and the decision to run in dry-run or live mode.

6. Eligibility and compliance

You are responsible for determining whether you are legally allowed to access, use, or trade on any prediction-market platform in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, platform terms, tax rules, sanctions rules, and reporting obligations that apply to you.

You must not use PolyEdge Engine if doing so would violate any law, regulation, platform rule, sanctions restriction, or contractual obligation.

7. Platform independence

PolyEdge Engine is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with Polymarket or any other prediction-market platform unless explicitly stated in writing by that platform.

You are responsible for reading and complying with the terms, restrictions, and documentation of any platform, wallet, RPC provider, API provider, or blockchain network you use.

8. Wallets, private keys, approvals, and custody

You are solely responsible for the security of your wallets, private keys, seed phrases, API keys, browser profiles, devices, and accounts. We will never need your seed phrase. You should not share private keys, seed phrases, passwords, or unrestricted wallet access.

Approvals, allowances, transactions, signatures, and smart-contract interactions can create financial risk. You are responsible for inspecting and approving any transaction before submission.

9. Software limitations and operational risk

Software can contain bugs, incorrect assumptions, outdated dependencies, API changes, configuration errors, race conditions, network failures, stale market data, incorrect token mappings, bad fills, settlement issues, or logic errors. Automation can amplify errors.

You agree to test in dry-run mode, use small sizes when experimenting, inspect logs, review configuration, and avoid using capital you cannot afford to lose.

10. License and permitted use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered materials for your own internal research, testing, and operation.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, leak, share, clone into a public repository, or package the source code or materials for third parties without written permission.

11. Support and implementation

Support is provided only if included in the tier purchased or agreed in writing. Starter access is intended for technical users who can self-install and self-debug. Operator and Custom services may include defined support items, but do not include unlimited support unless explicitly agreed.

Support does not include financial advice, strategy guarantees, managed trading, custody, account control, or responsibility for your trading outcomes.

12. Payments, refunds, and custom work

Prices are listed on the website or quoted directly. Custom work is scoped separately and may require deposit or milestone payments.

Because digital source-code access and implementation knowledge can be delivered immediately, payments are generally non-refundable once materials, access, code, documentation, or support have been delivered, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing.

13. Confidentiality

Non-public code, configuration, documentation, implementation details, and private communications are confidential unless clearly marked or published as public. You agree not to disclose confidential materials to third parties without written permission.

14. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in PolyEdge Engine, including source code, text, design, documentation, workflows, and non-public materials, remain owned by their respective rights holder. Your purchase does not transfer ownership.

15. Third-party services and dependencies

The software may interact with third-party services such as prediction-market platforms, APIs, blockchain networks, wallet software, RPC providers, package repositories, cloud services, or analytics tools. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their uptime, behavior, policies, fees, restrictions, or failures.

16. No managed service or fiduciary relationship

We do not manage your funds, custody assets, exercise discretion over your trades, operate a brokerage account, pool capital, or act as your fiduciary. Any decision to configure, start, stop, fund, approve, or execute the bot is yours.

17. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PolyEdge Engine and its operator are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, data loss, wallet compromise, smart-contract loss, regulatory consequences, tax consequences, business interruption, indirect damages, special damages, incidental damages, consequential damages, or punitive damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, any total liability is limited to the amount you paid directly for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

18. No warranties

The website, software, documentation, and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uptime, accuracy, compatibility, or error-free operation.

19. User representations

By purchasing or using PolyEdge Engine, you represent that you understand technical and financial risk, can evaluate software and configuration choices, are not relying on us for trading advice, and will comply with applicable laws and platform rules.

20. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The effective date will be updated when material changes are made. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
